When the weather turns cold it seems that comfort food takes center stage. Comfort food means different things to different people.  And if you are what is known as a “foodie” it means something more than an enchilada casserole (who doesn’t love an enchilada casserole!!!).  Anyway, in looking for recipes online the Food and Wine magazine website came up and right there was a slide show of some delicious winter comfort food items.  Below are a few of the incredible dishes.  Check out the website and get the recipes.
